A Practical Approach to Training After 40

I’ve worked as a personal trainer for more than 10 years, helping people become stronger, move better and build healthier routines that fit around real life.

I also hold a Bachelor of Food Science & Technology with a nutrition focus, which allows me to bring practical nutrition guidance into coaching alongside exercise, mobility and accountability.

My approach isn’t about extreme workouts, restrictive diets or trying to train like you did 20 years ago. It’s about finding a realistic starting point, progressing at the right pace and building habits you can actually maintain.

Why I Coach This Way

Most people don’t need a more extreme program. They need an approach they can realistically follow alongside work, family and everything else going on in life.

Start Where You Are
Your program should reflect your current fitness, mobility, experience and confidence — not where you think you should already be.

Progress at the Right Pace
Training should challenge you without making every session feel like a punishment. We build gradually and adjust as you improve.

Build Something You Can Maintain
The goal is not a short burst of motivation. It’s to build strength, movement and healthier habits that become part of normal life.
