2. Keep a record of your optimal calories intake and send straight to your email – see below

Record Your Measurements

 

1.  First, go to ‘Preference’ tab and fill in your aim, height, gender, activity level and date of birth. You can also opt to sign up for future challenges and choose your weight unit and date format and save

2.  Advanced tab – this will show your BMI, BMR, suggested calorie intake broken down to each meal from breakfast, lunch, dinner to snacks as well as each of the macro nutrients (i.e. protein, carbs and fats) for each meal depending on your goal of losing weight, maintaining weight or to gain weight.

3. Overview tab – you will be able to put your target weight you want to achieve as well as track your hip and waist measurements. Waist to hip ratio is one of the most important measurement to include for a quick measure of fat distribution and an individual’s overall health. Progress will be tracked graphically.

4. History tab – view all your previous entries

Keep a record of your optimal calories intake straight to your email, scroll down to the bottom of this page and fill in the details of age, sex, height, weight, activity level and select your goal and enter your email address to send directly to your Inbox. You can always update this optimal calorie intake once your weight or activity level starts to change but we recommend only recording this every two weeks to assist with your awesome progress!
